Kenyan Tenant takes his landlord to court

If you are an apartment owner,next time be careful when you approach your tenant.A London based Kenyan has sued his landlord for what he terms mishandling and character assassination charges.This incident happened at a suburb near Heathrow Airport where the tenant has been living for more than a year now.

He claims that on 17Th of this month,the landlord approached him in his house and in the presence of his own brothers who have been visiting him,he claimed that his brothers could have been involved in a robbery at one of the neighbouring apartment a week earlier.

It is said that a commotion ensued in the effort by the apartment owner to push the brothers of the tenant out of the compound and in the process the landlord mishandled the tenant.
Its now understood that the tenant has sued his landlord for character assassination and want to get compensated for the damages caused to him.

Kenyans here in London---before you invite your relatives to visit you just make sure you will not be caught in the same situation.Some apartment owners here in London may strip you of your dignity in front of your people.Especially those landlord who claim that their apartments are cheap.Take care.We hope our brother succeeds in court
